Rich Waterman, CPA
Rich, the owner of the firm, graduated from UCLA in 1983 and, in addition, has a Master's Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. He has broad business, accounting and finance experience. His tax expertise includes partnerships, small business formations, registered domestic partnerships, and trust and estate planning.
Rich serving his second four year term on the Campbell City Council and served one year as its Mayor in 2014. He has also been vice-chairperson on the City of Campbell Parks and Recreation Commission, was a board member for the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, and was an appointed member of the IRS Taxpayer Advocacy Panel where he served as chairman of the forms and publications committee.
Rich lives with his partner of twenty three years, Bruce; a puppy named Axel; and a parrot named Max. When not involved in Campbell issues, he enjoys snowboarding, wine tasting, traveling and cooking.

Paul Resnikoff, EA
After a successful career in high technology, Paul established his small business in Campbell. As an Enrolled Agent, he specializes in tax preparation and representation, and small business consulting, with a particular interest in working with nonprofits.
Paul earned his B.A. in Biology at California State University, Northridge. He also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona.
He was elected to the Campbell City Council in November 2014 and is currently serving a one year term as Vice-Mayor of the City.
He has been an active participant and volunteer in the community for many years. He has founded three local non-profit corporations: Campbell Parks and Recreation Foundation, which supports local parks and recreation programs through fundraising and volunteer projects; Campbell Police Foundation, which raises funds in support of local law enforcement efforts; and Leadership Campbell, which identifies and trains future community leaders. Paul is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Campbell.
Bruce Scholes, Bookkeeper
Bruce is our QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified bookkeeper. He has a broad range of accounting and bookkeeping experience, and has performed accounting operations at iBizLogic, Cypress Semiconductor and Western Medical Center. His expertise includes bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Mark Monroe, CPA
Mark heads up our Palm Springs office and has over 25 years of tax experience. He graduated from Hofstra University with a undergraduate and graduate degree in both taxation and accounting.
Mark worked in the tax department of Deloitte, Haskin, & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) and Grant Thornton. In 1997, Mark established his own business in New York City.
Mark is experienced in highly complex tax situations, including writing a few private letter rulings but is known for his expert skills in the area of individual, corporate, and estate and trust planning and compliance, in addition to having a very successful knowledge and skill with tax examinations. Among our diverse client base are hoteliers, restaurants, realtors, contractors, medical service providers, production companies, and retailers.
In addition to being an CPA, Mark enjoys playing tennis and poker, and has written several articles for professional publications.
